Where is your coffee sourced from?
All our beans are sourced directly from high-altitude haciendas in Puerto Rico, including regions like Yauco, Adjuntas, and Jayuya, ensuring authentic single-origin quality.
How do you ensure the freshness of the beans?
We roast in small batches and pack our coffee in airtight bags with one-way degassing valves. Every bag is marked with a roast date to guarantee you receive the freshest flavor profile possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories via USPS Priority Mail to ensure your coffee arrives quickly and stays fresh.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and select a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 10% on every order and never run out of your favorite brew.
